此事件表示尝试更改系统变量。它并不表示实际值已更改。在某些情况下，可以设置系统变量而不导致其值更改。例如，如果 FILLMODE 为 0，并且有人尝试将其设置为 0，则即使调用对 FILLMODE 的值没有实际影响，您也会获得该系统变量的事件。

显示模式对话框时不会触发任何事件。
